OnePlus 7 Pro was released just a week ago, and a new OTA update has been rolled out by OnePlus with some new features and optimisations. The update is being rolled via OTA and is already available for download. The phone comes with OxygenOS 9.5.0 pre-installed, and the new update installs OxygenOS 9.5.2 on the phone. UI is one of the main reasons why people love OnePlus mobiles. It not only comes with great features and speed but also gets updated regularly. For example, the OnePlus 3 and 3T launched around 2 years ago have also been updated to Android Pie.
The new update comes with several new features. The phone now comes with DC dimming. In case you don’t know, DC dimming reduces the current or voltage supplied to display to lower the brightness. Xiaomi and Meizu were the only OEMs having this technology, and OnePlus had joined the list too. Thankfully, all phones with AMOLED screens can get DC dimming through a software update. Fnatic Gaming Mode has also been added in this update. It increases the phone’s performance while gaming by limiting background tasks. The phone now also supports haptic feedback while gaming. With Snapdragon 855, up to 12 GB of RAM and these additional features, you’ll surely love gaming on this smartphone. Check out the full changelog here:
