Attestation

The consulate provides the attestation services for the educational and legal documents to its citizens. It has a nominal fee that must be paid for attestation of the documents. The regular processing fee is eight dollars

Birth Certificate

Birth certificates are issued through an official procedure with the necessary documents. The processing fee is five dollars and for an urgent certificate it is ten dollars

Birth Registration

Children under the age of one year are eligible for birth registration and the processing fee is five dollars. 

Police Clearance Certificate

Consulate provides the police clearance certificate to its citizens from the relevant police station in Pakistan. The consulate just acts like a liaison to provide clearance and in no way is involved in the clearance process.

Notarization

The consulate provides the notarization service to its citizens. The consulate officer oversees the signing of the affidavit or the power of attorney forms. The processing fee varies per document. It starts with eight dollars on one executant, 16 dollars for two executants, and twenty-four dollars for three or more executants. 

Passport

The consulate provides Machine Readable Passport (MRP) with a validity of five years or ten years. Moreover, it addresses the issues regarding the lost passport and provides services to its citizens in all matters related to passports. The processing fee for MRP varies:

• Regular (5 years validity) for forty-six dollars

• Urgent (5 years validity) for one hundred and twenty dollars

• Regular (10 years validity) for sixty-nine dollars

• Urgent (10 years validity) for one hundred and eight dollars

Visa

The consulate provides visa services for the citizens of more than 191 countries. It has a visa policy that varies from country to country. The consulate provides the services and guidance for visa application and process.

Online Appointment Portal

The consulate has an online appointment portal for the citizens. It has a selection bar for the process and service that the person is looking for to apply. The calendar underneath then displays the available days for that process. The person can then select a suitable date and day for their work. 

Forms

The consulate provides online forms for each process. These forms can be easily downloaded and filled by people for their specific process.

NADRA

NADRA provides an online id card process for overseas Pakistani citizens. The consulate can provide necessary guidance and help in this process if necessary.

Shipment of Dead Body

Mr. Nawab Adeel Khan is presently the consulate officer that processes the shipment of the dead body of Pakistani citizens from America to Pakistan. A list of documents that is available online, is required for the process. 

Conclusion
